Refund and Cancellation Policy for Dr. Neeraj Gupta’s Wellness Services

At Dr. Neeraj Gupta’s Wellness Services, we are dedicated to providing high-quality psychological counseling, meditation guidance, and mental wellness programs. Our goal is to support individuals in their journey toward emotional well-being. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy, as outlined below.

Refund Policy:

  • All consultation and program fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

  • We do not offer refunds or credits once a counseling session, meditation session, or wellness program has been accessed or completed.

  • If you have concerns regarding the quality or effectiveness of our services, we encourage you to contact us, and we will do our best to address your queries.

Cancellation Policy:

  • One-on-One Counseling & Meditation Sessions:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

    • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Workshops & Wellness Programs:

    • Once enrolled, there is no provision for cancellation or refund.

    • Clients are encouraged to carefully review the program details before enrolling.

Exceptions:

  • In rare cases where technical issues or unforeseen circumstances prevent the delivery of a session or program, we may offer an alternative solution, such as rescheduling.

  • Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
